Bill: Call for early elections
Details
Submitted by[?]: Rainbow League
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill requests an early election. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline. Elections will be held immediately if the bill passes.
Voting deadline: April 4400
Description[?]:
We propose that elections be called to reach a consensus. We propose that elections be held where all parties support one candidate. An election where the goal is not that a handful of ideals, strategies, campaigns, slogans and candidates peren for each vote to reach the presidency with 51%. The problem of our society is the lack of dialogue and understanding among the rulers. Let's not become a different caste with its own problems, we have to be close to the people and listen to them. Elections in which whatever comes out, the people have won. Let's support the candidate of the PPM (or any other) to the presidency, and promote a de-bureaucratization of the institutions, a new plan of social aid, educational, sanitary, fiscal and pension reforms that Malivia needs. |
Proposals

Message | Dear president, deputies and diutadas, citizens, honorable representatives of the sovereign people of Malivia, I want to tell you, that after the last electoral defeat of our party, the radicalist, anti-system and communist derive that is being in the mainstream of morena, the government of some militarists, authoritarians and Stalinists supported by a minority and centrist party like Unity Labor Party and some "moderate leftists who bet on the third way" such as Wind of Change, the continuous requests for independence of a part of the society of Bhulkhandra that threatens our nation, sovereignty and stability, the absolute hegemony of the Party of Plurality of Malivia in parliament, and the attempts to proclaim a republic that is never going to be achieved have made us rethink our position in the political panorama of our beloved nation. As a leftist force, it is my responsibility and my duty, to assume the defeat and disengage from the acting leadership of the brunette, and propose to other political forces such as Wind of Change, Unity Labor Party, the Centrist Democratic Front, Fatherland Front and even the Party of the Plurality of Malivia, to help us rebuild our society and end the social unrest, the popular division and the climate of instability that haunts our nation today. We are willing to give in what we have to give. We will support who we have to support, we will vote what we have to vote and we will do what we have to do. From this moment, YES WE CAN is sacrificed to maintain peace, freedom and democracy in our nation. From here we also propose a brunette, restructure their organizations so that a great consensus can be reached to help close and heal the wounds that in these commotory times have opened in the hearts of people and in the heart of our country. A government of concentration, where all and absolutely all political parties are represented, a president who unites the people, not what is divided, moderate laws that are approved by a broad consensus, reform the institutions, update our democracy to the demands of the people, ensure a sustainable economy, that grows, with a liberal development, in its best facets and regulator in the peop. And I also propose, that after this legislature in which we will try to appease the main problems and reassure the waters of democracy, we present ourselves absolutely all the political forces under the same candidate, which could be perfectly from the PPM, ULP, WoC or FF. Everything is possible if we open our hearts and our minds to the new opportunity that the people of Malivia have given us. I would like you to know, that they have dictated a terminal cancer, and I ask that my last will be heard. After this statement, I announce my resignation from the party and ask in turn, that the leadership of my party be renewed. A very strong hug: Maribella Lécuyer (secretary general of YES WE CAN and head of government) |
