| We obtained Parliament's support for a referendum on self-determination, which is why we ask the militaristic and authoritarian government to listen to the will of the people and voice to popular sovereignty. OCC: The new update of the game will allow the right to self-determination and we ask that the parties undertake to celebrate it as soon as possible. If this law is approved, the Parliament (seat of the popular sovereignty of the Free State of Malivia) will permanently undertake to include the right to self-determination of Bhulkhandra and of any territory of Malivia in the form of a republic or Independent Democratic State. Likewise, the Free State of Malivia commits itself to defend in all Terra this right (the right of free secession of any territory of Terra). In this way, it will be intended to shield in a legal, symbolic and constitutional way that right. If this law is only approved by a simple or absolute majority, all parties that have voted in favour, are committed forever to uphold and support this right. OCC: We have to keep the number of proposals as symbolic, so that the vote takes effect. |

The conditions shall be as follows: -The government will not be able to influence in any way the holding of the referendum. -For the request of Independence to be approved, we will have to obtain 55% of the total of the votes in favour. -participation must be greater than 60% of the electoral census.
