The Finance Minister has identified 14 Billion BLD of budget savings (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=581156). The Finance Minister proposes that these savings are used to fund an increase in the threshold from 4000BLD to 10000BLD for the lower rate of income tax. |
