MessageThe KHU could support all changes, except the flag. Could we possibly retain the black/white/red combo (and keep the eagle?).

MessageIt appears that the Nationals Liberal Party and the KHU are keen on stealing legislation from other parties and marking it as their own.

MessageElements of your proposals were very good, but not all of them. If you'd been willing to compromise that would have been appreciated.

MessageHerr Speaker,

We were willing to compromise but instead the radicals in the KHU betrayed our aforementioned coalition agreement and entered into another coalition.

MessageCan the Reichsbund produce a copy of the aforementioned coalition agreement? The full extent of coalition negotiations were that "we should cooperate following the election" and a cabinet proposal. Furthermore the Reichsbund motion on constitutional change was to put to vote after only one full month in debate, without any debate. That cannot be described as an attempt to compromise.

It would be ironic if the Reichsbund blocked their own constitutional changes after claiming other parties had stolen their ideas!

MessageHerr Speaker,

Your parties failure to show up to sessions of the national legislation is not a reason to blame us for lack of debate. I don’t know where you think that we demanded you support a revised constitution? We only asked that you support it; instead your petty religious extremist party turned around and betrayed us and entered into a different coalition.

It’s of no concern though; we’ll propose our own constitutional changes. Nothing will pass without our support; you’ll sure understand that.

Ferdinand Kohring,
Chancellor of Dundorf
President of the Reich League
