Details

Submitted by[?]: Course of Freedom (Kellins faction)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 5327

Description[?]:

OOC: Since the ducal elections are base on the national election results by duchy, the Labour Party will crash from 33.47% in 5160 to just 0.16% in 5165.
To explain this we can make this Role-play

RP: According to an investigation by independent journalists, the Minister-President Grundy and 30 Labour MPs stole 10 millions LPD in the last 5 years through state-funding of fake associations. However, she refused to resign and most of the Luthorian Labour MPs in Erneshire still support her. The Erneshire section of the Luthorian Labour denied the corruption allegations and decided to let Rebecca Grundy run again in 5165.
The national board of the LL stated they disagreed with the decision of the local section to keep supporting the unpopular Rebecca Grundy.

MessageOOC : Vaccine/Abortion stuff could work, but Erneshire voted to elect the APL, a party who supported mandatory vaccination and abortion legalized in all the country.

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
