Description[?]:

The Luthorian Prime Minister, Kimberly Bush, today launched in front of hundreds of people, including the Deputy Prime Minister, the Secretary of State for Industry, Jonathan Kennedy, the Secretary of State for Infrastructure, the Secretary of State for Transport and several MPs and journalists, the Industrial Revitalization Program, having signed an Executive Order launching the work of the IRP. The program is, according to those close to the Prime Minister and the Government, it is "the most ambitious program launched by a government since the beginning of the century", because, according to them, the program launched by the government would lace major reforms at the level of several subjects in Luthori's economics. But what are these reforms launched by the government?

The Industrial Revitalization Program is a program launched by the leader of the ICU, Archibald Mangley, which consists of spearheading Luthori's economic reconstruction and reform to become more competitive in the global market. The IRP is a plan that is cited as being liberal in orientation, but with social advances, such as the creation of social security, and collaboration with the governments of the duchies, to avoid obstruction by the ducal parliamentarians to the new project. The project will contain measures to modernize and increase the country's road infrastructure network, through the creation of "Interduchies", (more information: see the article by Lindsay Morgan about the project of the Government about the creation of new Inter-duchies highways, called 'Interduchies'), and urban infrastructures, by renovating the Luthorian cities to make them more "modern" and more "adapted" to the world in which we live. Moreover, the government intends to put in place socially oriented policies, such as the creation of a Bank of Luthori, public and having a role of mediator and possible intervener in economic affairs, and able to help the government in its policies, via financial aid and advice for not to destabilize the economy too much.

The plan also seeks to focus, in another time on education, with the establishment of several child support programs, in schools, colleges, high schools and even in universities with programs aid for teachers and the most precarious students, with the establishment of a scholarship, small, but still there. This will be accompanied by a vast operation to modernize school equipment, with the abolition of teaching posts, which will be replaced by computer equipment, to reduce the expenditure incurred for the payment of teachers' salaries, the Secretary of State for Education announced the major policies of this government, through a 30-minute speech, where he detailed, point by point, the policies, in an excerpt from this speech, he studied the question of a journalist, Matha Rapings, of the Fuffring Broadcasting Corporation (FBC News), her question was about the reforms made to the teacher system and the level of replacement of teachers by machines and in what areas. The Secretary responded by saying:

Excerpt from the Education Secretary's Speech.
"The objective of this government is not to fire all the teachers of this country, they are an essential base of our education system, but the objective is to modernize our system, by including technology in our schools, our middle and high schools, the Prime Minister seeks to make the school a school of life, one that can teach the simple basics of adult life, such as taxes, politics and other subjects, and to return to the first subject, the objective is to include new technologies in our education system, this administration seeks to create a "modern school", where students will be able to have aid via computers, tablets that will be made available to them, and the long-term goal is to start teaching with the computer as a teacher, with little human intervention."

According to the Secretary, the government seeks to, on the one hand create a new impetus to the education system of Luthori, by modifying the system by putting more computers and tablets at the disposal of the pupils and in the longer term, to create a class run by a computer, with little or no human intervention.

The other part that will be prioritized by the government through the Industrial Revitalization Project is of course is Industry, whether land or port, will have to be created or renovated for the needs of Luthori, the government, will seek to revive the base industrial Luthori, has created a solid energy independence, with the revival of the coal industries, according to the Minster of State for Energy, the government seeks to finally create a "solid energy independence for the Holy Luthori Empire", another sector is d encourage private companies to create new industries in sectors where the government will subsidize, the automotive, steel, service, textile and many other areas, all to revive the economic machine and industrial Luthori, these 3 points are only small parts of the economic and industrial reforms that the government intends to put in place, in the hope of being the spearhead of the economic recovery of this country.

MessageMr. Speaker,
Dear colleagues,

The LSP disagrees not with the plan as a whole, but with its funding. We believe it is better to increase tax on multinationalals and the ultra-rich than on the poor and the middle class. We are going to protest against this cabinet.

Matthew Longmpin, MP.
