In 2196, when we gained our independence
The crown was shocked of what had come.
Everyone came to fight for our people's defence,
and we all knew what we were running from.

Farmers, soldiers, even mothers had known
What our ancestors had sewn. (Ah si.)
Everyone knew what we were doing,
We all know that our day is coming.

Viva La Unin de Sekowo! (Viva!)
Viva nuestra libertad! (Viva!)
Viva justicia en la Unin (Viva!)

The fight was long and hard,
The battles left our nation torn and scarred.
We all know that our day is coming,
We all know what our nation is becoming.

Workers, artists, even children see
What their parents had fought to death for.
We no longer have to flee, (No mas!)
This nation doesn't worry about the crown anymore!

Viva La Unin de Sekowo! (Viva!)
Viva nuestra libertad! (Viva!)
Viva justicia en la Unin (Viva!)

Est llegando la hora,
Our day has finally arrived.
Comenzar un nuevo da
Sekowo libre y soberna!

Let us not forget,
Porque samos un solo pueblo,
Our parents paid off all our debt.
Quiero volar mi bandera!

Viva La Unin de Sekowo! (Viva!)
Viva nuestra libertad! (Viva!)
Viva justicia en la Unin (Viva!)

Sekowo! (Viva!)
Where patriotic blood was shed (Ay Dios.)
Sekowo! (Viva!)
Where our wealth lies in our bed (Ah si.)
Sekowo! (Viva!)
Where our fields are green!
Let freedom ring!

MessageThe Drake party opposes this bill. Why are all the name changes needed? Why less seats? Why one head office instead of the two we currently have?

MessageWhat is the PLAs objection to the treaty? I oppose the amendment to our naturalization laws. Minister One does not appeal to me as a title for the HoG(neither does hog for that matter), but I don't guess it matters given the change in the executive structure. I really prefer the president and prime minister structure we have now, but I won't vote against the bill on that basis.

Really, ultimately, I get suspicious when someone wants to withdraw from a treaty whose only purpose is to protect the civil rights of the people. Someone isn't planning on using the secession crisis as a 911 or reichstag fire. Are they?!?

MessageI MIGHT vote on this, just to give me a nice fascist regime to fight in the future. WTF, my party is already rated as restrictive leaning. I don't get that, but maybe I should just swim with it for awhile.

MessageName changes are required to throw off the last vestiges of colonialism. We wish to have less seats in the assembly to ensure that we are respectable and not a rubber stamp legislature.

We wish to have one head office as we find it a bit obnoxious to have two people lead our nation. These positions go hand in hand with one another and it is exponentially ludicrous if both are not from the same party. This is another vestige of colonialism that we wish to shed.

We wish to leave the treaty as for some reason the treaty bars the appointment of government employees in a political way. We feel that this is also ludicrous and causes strife as employees close to the HoS/HoG should be from the same party if he/she so desires due to the sensitive information that is involved.
