Message | Mr. Speaker, When monarchy was reinstated in Hutori, the monarchist refused to held a referendum. They explain that they had received a so called clear mandate from the people. They receive a majority in the National Senate and they had won the presidency. But now, the people have given a majority to republican parties and have elected a clearly republican head of state. By the very own standards of the monarchist, we have received a mandate to abolish monarchy. The people were never asked clearly what type of government they wanted. Its time that we settle this question and ask the people what they want. -Tiana Hunter Prime Minister MP for Bekenial South |

Message | Mr. Speaker, We will not stand opposed to this referendum but i think its appropriate to correct the Prime Minister. She is comparing apples to oranges. The mandate the Monarchy recieved in was 5295 was a clear supermajority and the Presidency, the current Republican government holds a very slim majority but i disgress, if the Republicans insist on a expensive election to answer a question that has already been answered then so be it. -- Max Graham Leader of the Opposition MP for Prosperity Fairview |
