It is time to restore freedom of assembly and re-prosecute the arrested people during the assassination: Article 1: The government will be obliged to stop all inquiry proceedings against any organization; the high court will re-prosecute organizations and it will give the final decision about the presumed "assassin" organizations. Article 2: All the attacked organizations will be restored; all the arrested persons due to the alleged connection with the assassination will be re-prosecuted by Luthorian courts and the courts will give the decision. Article 3: All the police officers who killed someone and all officials who ordered that killing will be prosecuted even in case it was a death sentence or killing of the assassin.
