Article 1: The seats per ducal diet shall be shrunk from 225 to 101.

Article 2: The 21-seat bonus for the largest party or coalition shall be reinstated and all other seats shall be elected according to d'Hondtsche method.

Article 3: Percent hurdle for ducal elections shall be extended from 2% to 5%.
