Description[?]:
AMELIORATE HISTORICAL UNION Verbetering Historische Unie The Ameliorate Historical Union is a Hosian fundamentalist political alliance. It seeks to install a Restored-Ameliorate Hosian theocratic form of government in Saridan. Political beliefs - Hosian fundamentalism - Paleoconservatism - Isolationist foreign policy - Fiscal conservatism - Collegial government Organisation The Union is an alliance of several autonomous Reformed Ameliorate congregation-based political groups. Thus it is only very loosely organised with no formal leadership structure outside of the country's legislative bodies. At any given time however, an outstanding figure is recognised as the "paramount leader" of the movement. There is a national council composed of 151 members elected by members who are heads of households every year. It in turn elects an executive council composed of 15 members. "Paramount Leader": Dr. Rev. Geert Verdonk Jr Floor leader: Kobus Coetzee List of leaders Rev. Hendrik Kruger (4117-4129) Dr. Pieter Strijdom (4129-4132) Rev. Geert Verdonk Jr (4132-present) |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
