---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🗓️ESTABLISHED: December, 4710 👤PARTY LEADER: Kennard Manning 👥DEPUTY LEADER: Charles Underhill 📜IDEOLOGY: Paleo-Conservatism 🔜POSITION: Right Wing 📝MOTTO: "Baltusia First!" 💺SEATS: 15/125 (12:00%) -----------------------------------------------🔹------------------------------------------------ Founded in December, 4710. The National Conservative Party is a right wing, paleoconservative political party in the United States of Baltusia. Originally founded as the Conservative Reform Party by former Moderate Republican Party Senator Winston Montgomery, the party rebranded itself as the National Conservative Party due to concerns of party members feeling as though the former name of the party was seen by the public as being "fringe" following the Party's dismal performance in it's first election in 4711. The National Conservative Party aims to reform social policy in Baltusia away from social liberalism, and towards social traditionalism and family values. The party is also staunchly anti immigration, and seeks to place a 10 year moratorium on all incoming immigration. On economic issues, the party is considered economically centrist, with heavy emphasis placed on the protection of private property rights, privatisation of the energy grid, and abolition of income tax and rent control. Along with this, the party also supports significantly increasing the corporate tax and luxury goods tax rates, enacting heavier regulations on lending practices, and improving worker protection laws. ------------------------------------------------🔹----------------------------------------------- |
