We seek to ensure economic freedom by greatly reducing financial regulations, minimizing corporation tax, offering no bailouts to any industry, eliminating tariffs, and eradicating bureaucratic Red Tape when starting and operating a business. We seek to guarantee every law abiding citizen certain unalienable rights, which include: the freedom of press; the freedom of speech, even in the face of national security;the right to due process; the right to no unreasonable searches and seizures; the right to no excessive bail; the right not to answer for a criminal offense without due process of the law; the right not to be a witness against him or herself; the freedom of association; the right to a fair and speedy trial; the right to know the charges against one's self; the right to a fair, impartial, and unbiased jury of his or her peers; the right not to be forced into indentured servitude; the right to vote regardless of race, sex, or political belief; the right to petition the government; the right to a transparent government; the freedom to marry whomever one pleases; and the freedom to practice any religion, among others. Simultaneously, we hold certain actions immoral and illegal and therefore not rights of citizens, including: obtaining an abortion, except in cases of rape where the perpetrator is convicted; preaching one's religion on public property or on the private property without express written consent of the owner of said property; preaching one's religion to others forcefully; attempting to change one's religious beliefs and convictions; and violating any provision of public law or the constitution, among others.
