Description[?]:
The Federalist Workers Party was founded by Woodrow Johnson in 4211 in the hopes of bringing his vision of fairness in the workforce to the forefront of politics. Being a business owner, Johnson treated his employees with respect and kept their wages high out of his own personal belief of benefiting the consumer. "I believe that business, while a dream of mine to own one, should be self-aware of their impact on their community and really should give back to the people who made them successful in the first place", Johnson says. The Federalist Workers Party is always looking for the right tactics to trust that businesses will make the right decision as well as make sure that workers aren't abusing the power given to them by governmental authority. Another attribute of the Federalist Workers Party is to trust that local governments will make the right decisions as well. "I'm a conservative person who believes that a basic form of morality should exist. However, what is incredibly concerning is the fact that our Congress is instituting their own morality onto the rest of the nation. I find a lot of hope in my religious tradition but I would never institute the walk of life that I go by in the articles of a bill, and the fact that congressmen aren't aware of that scares me." The Federalist Workers Party, while having a conservative leader, knows that some places in Baltusia aren't very conservative and advocates for a legislature that leaves moral problems up to local governments rather than a central one. 4212: Working Towards A Future Woodrow Johnson has announced his candidacy for President advocating for the expansion of public works programs as well as an expansion of welfare. However, Johnson has criticized welfare for being too easy on able-bodied people who aren't employed and is advocating for laws that reform that issue. |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
