Description[?]:
United Luthori "Onward!" __________ Introduction United Luthori is a catch-all political party in the Holy Luthori Empire, widely seen as embracing conservative positions on many issues. It was formed in July 4162 by Christopher Holt and other "second-generation" Hosian Democrats of the Hosian Democratic Union. In effect, United Luthori is its successor party. The Hosian Democratic Union, colloquially known as either the HDU or Hosian Democrats, was a right-wing political party in the Holy Luthori Empire. The HDU was formed in July 3960 after the renaming of the Progressive Conservative Party, which had been founded in 3925 under the leadership of Peter Buckley. After being disbanded in 3963, Kenneth Buckley, a descendant of the powerful Buckley family, reestablished the HDU in January 4136. Vision United Luthori is committed to strengthening our economy, building up our military, and projecting Luthorian hard and soft power globally. Pragmatic in our means, steadfast in our goals, United Luthori will do whatever it takes to restore Luthori to its rightful place in the world. Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election. |
