Seats[?] in Maliviyan Legislative Assembly or Malvian People's Free Congress or Pratinidhi Sabha[?]: 0
Color[?]:
Description[?]:
The Modern Peace Party (MPP) looks upon itself as enlightened in morals and ethics. They have no religious foundation though they accept religious nature. Modern Peace as defined by the MPP is every nations right to sovereignty and the right to act within the borders of their own nation. the MPP do not believe in war, but recognise that a strong defence is nessecary to protect civilians and economical interests. Therefore Modern Peace concentrates around the theory, that democracies do not fight each other, which includes the MPP policy on international diplomacy. We argue a political course on international conflict together with the spread of democracy through unilateral actions. Military actions is only needed for defense when dealing with democracies. The MPP is a reactionaire neo conservative liberal party with federalist tendencies on economical issues. We support local governments in some issues, but see the need for national or supranational government on other issues, such as democary and morals. The MPP will fight for a greater Malivia and a recognised Malivia in Artania and in Terra. |

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections. |
Random quote: "Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man gainst his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American...[T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people." - Tenche Coxe |
