Description[?]:
The Progressive Socialist Party Born with an ignited flame. The Progressive Socialist Party was created in the midst of the Ecclesial war. With the Ecclesial War nearing it's end and the Ecclessial parties' numbers diminishing. The Progressive Socialist Party was created in the region of Antepec to rise up with the Ecclesial parties and make sure that the men and women of Telamon were not to be deprived of one their most primal human rights. The right to worship. Though not necessarily a deeply conservative or religious party. One of PSP's main ideals are the heavy enforcement of all rights of man. Ideals: 1) Socialism: The founding principles: a) Social Justice. Wealth is created through both physical and mental labour by the working class. Moreover, all creation of wealth in modern society is a collective and cooperative effort. The capitalist distribution of wealth, however, pays little attention to this reality. Wealth is concentrated in the hands of the few rather than in the hands of the many who created it. There is an ever increasing - and entirely unjustified - gap between rich and poor. Socialism aims to correct this crucial problem. It aims to reduce the gap between rich and poor as much as possible and give workers more control over their own work and the wealth they create. Socialism favours an active, responsible state that owns and manages vital services (water, gas, electricity, public transport, etc.) for the benefit of the people, that guides the economy to serve the needs of the many rather than the profits of the few, and that guarantees a basic standard of living - including free health care and education - for all. b) Democracy. A person should have a say in all decisions that affect him or her. All legitimate governments are created through a social contract - an informal agreement between the people of a country. The government derives its power and legitimacy solely from the people, and its purpose is to serve the interests of the people. As such, democracy is the only legitimate form of government. c) Human Rights and Solidarity. In order to protect the dignity of the human being and the welfare of all citizens of the world, PSP regards human rights as pillars of its ideology, pledges to uphold them in the Commonwealth and vows to fight against all forces which seek to undermine them. 2) Progressiveness The human species is an ever changing, ever evolving species. The party understands this and adopts this trait of constantly evolving and adapting to the future to uphold the the traditions of the past, the ideals of of the party, and the hope of our great nation The Commonwealth of Telamon. To ensure that democracy is to be upheld and the voice freedom not to be silence. Concerning Commonwealth economy: We have a strong well rounded economy. Our natural resource is the intellect of our people and our environment. The PSP believes that in order for the Commonwealth to be a prosperous, leading economically developed nation we must utilize these resources by securing our main source of income, the tourism industry. This is possible by taking into consideration the following factors: - The security in situation in the Commonwealth. - Any differences between the parties and nation's factions are encouraged to be settled within the walls of the Commonwealth House Of Congress. This is in order to ensure that the image of our security situation is portrayed as serene. - The Environment of our Commonwealth - The Commonwealth is blessed with a beautiful and diverse ecosystem. We must protect this natural wonder in order to ensure that our tourism industry does not falter under the ignorance of the skeptics and that our children do not be burdened with the world responsibilities of their fathers. Our environment is vital for our economy. |
