| Mr Speaker, since the foundation of the Empire, many laws adopted under the previous Fourth and Fifht republic were incorporated within the new constitutional systems but there are a lot of other laws that it was simply assumed they are still in force. To avoid legal issue and loopholes, I would like invite the Assembly to open the works on a long list of laws to be definitively incorporated within the current legal system. The laws we would like to incorporate are: - Consolidated Law for the Regulation and Protection of the Prostitution: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=474062 : adopted in June 4039, it is one of the ancient (RP) law enforced into the nation and due to the fact that currently prostitution is legal and recognized profession, it is now the perfect time to fully reconfirm and integrate the law within the legal system of the Empire. - P.d.l. 01/53 Consolidated Act on the Regulation of the Banking System: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=476773 : Adopted in February 4055, this (RP) Law was introduced to regulate the activity of financial speculation by the financial intermediates and to prevent banking panic situation and thus to prevent the affectation of real economy from financial crisis with the introduction of a National Deposit Guarantee Found and of a financial ring-fencing. - Establishment Law of Istalian National Football Team: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=484719 - Establishment Law of professional football in Istalia: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=485412 The two (RP) Laws about the National Football Team and the Professiona Football in Istalia were adopted respectively in April 4090 and April 4095. - RP:ESTABLISHMENT OF GOVERNMENT Q/As SESSION: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=496810 : Adopted in June 4137, this (RP) Law was actually constantly in force due to the fact that also under the Empire many Q/As sessions were held into the National Assembly. - D.d.l. 01/77 - Statutory Text on Polygamous Marriages and Unions: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=482471 : Currently the State recognize polygamous marriages and thus we think that it is suitable to incorporate this pieace of legislation adopted in February 4086 in order to regulate the matter, aimed to protect firstly the interests of the parts and of the possible offsprings. - D.d.l. 01/4370 - Istalian National Postal Service S.p.A./Poste Nazionali Istaliane S.p.A. Establishment Act: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=563365 Adopted in July 4371, this (RP) Law regulates the public postal service and existing currently this public service we think that it is suitable to incorporate also this bill. - D.d.l. 02/4370 - Deposits and Consignments Fund/Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Establishment Act: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=563369 - D.d.l. 03/4370 - Fondo Strategico d'Investimento Istaliano/Istalian Strategic Investement Fund Creation Act: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=563419 Adopted both in July 4371, these two (RP) Laws established two crucial public financial institutes which continued to operate under the Empire without great changements. - P.d.l. 01/4375 - Legge Regolamentativa sull'Età del Consenso/Regulatory Law on the Age of Consent: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=564346 : Adopoted in May 4379, this (RP) Law is a cornerstone of civilization within our country, regulating a very delicate situation. We invite the Assembly to examine the (RP) Laws to be incorporated and to propose changements if the colleagues think there is the need to change something, thank you.
