The Movimento 21 Giugno (21th of June Movement), or M-21, is the political wing of the Cartello Siracosa (Siracosa Cartel) and the Associazione di Alaria Agricoltori e Lavoratori (Association of Alaria Farmers and Workers). Party Structure: - Cartello Siracosa (Siracosa Cartel): An organized network of drug suppliers and smugglers originating in the city of Siracosa, Istalia. The Cartel is founded and run by Gasparo Pavesi, Bartolomeo Ratti, Ottone Traversi and Paolo Scutese. Together they are known as the Intoccabili (Untouchables), because of their ability to avoid capture by law enforcement agencies and surviving numerous assassination attempts. - Associazione di Alaria Agricoltori e Lavoratori (Association of Alaria Farmers and Workers): Labour union used by the Cartello Siracosa as a front to control and influence industrial and agricultural sectors in Alaria.
