Description[?]:
Legitimist Alliance Party Motto Official: " The weak govern, the strong rule" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Legitimist Alliance are orthodox and conservative supporters of the empire and its authority. The Legitimists are openly hostile to foreign culture and religion, seeing "outlander" influence as the root cause for the decline of the empire. The Alliance prizes the virtues of duty, gravity, and piety. Duty is to one's own honor, and to one's family and lord. Gravity is the essential seriousness of life. Life is hard, and events must be judged, endured, and reflected upon with due care and earnestness. Piety is respect for god, and the virtues the almighty represent. A light, careless life is not worth living. A Legitimist's duty is first to the empire, second to the Holy Mother Church, and third to one's family and lord. A Luthori noble must know the virtue of gravity. It is not the Luthori way to laugh at serious matters, for it shows disrespect. It is not the Luthori way to spread rumors, for they fester and breed dissention. The Alliance rose from the ashes of the ancient and venerated "League of Nobles" and supports a restoration of the Legitimist royal line of house Adlerberg-Villayn through the line of Alexander Hohenfels, nephew of Emperor William I of House Adlerberg. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Legitimist Candidates; His Excellency, Baldwin of Hohenfels-Casimir His Excellency, Franz-Ulrich of Hohenfels-BĂ©rain His Excellency, Robert of Hohenfels-Lauvain ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ List of Lord High Councillors; Hiram H. Harrows: 4471-Incumbent "Blessed are the Peacemakers" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ On the blood of our fathers! On the blood of our Sons! We honor our god and emperor! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ For information about the Legitimist claim and the house of Hohenfels; https://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/The_House_of_Hohenfels |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
Random quote: "Civil disobedience. . . is not our problem. Our problem is civil obedience. Our problem is that numbers of people all over the world have obeyed the dictates of the leaders of their government and have gone to war, and millions have been killed because of this obedience. . Our problem is that people are obedient all over the world in the face of poverty and starvation and stupidity, and war, and cruelty. Our problem is that people are obedient while the jails are full of petty thieves, and all the while the grand thieves are running the country. That's our problem." - Howard Zinn |
