Details
Nation[?]: Kingdom of Hutori (Hutori)
Seats[?] in House of Parliament[?]: 0
Color[?]:
Description[?]:
Sensible Parity greets you! Our practitioners are mostly women and the elderly. We gather in town squares to perform our meditative exercises. Meditation sister Ophelia Westworthy guides us during these times. WIth our silence, our inner peace, and our healthy yoga, we protest the establishment and hope for a more peaceful age. Sensible Parity is a small movement, but we welcome all who are interested in better health, better thinking, tranquility, peaceful anarchy, and sensible parity. Sensible Parity is a party of staunch internationalists. It advocates transcendence from the military age to an age of spiritual peace with all brothers of the north. - - - Sensible Parity transformed from a meditative movement into a political party when it was banned by the Hutori parliament. In the elections that followed, Sensible Parity won a landslide unprecedented since the days of one-party rule in Hutori. The results were challenged and still stood, forcing parties all across the political spectrum in Hutori to scramble to form an anti-Sensible Parity alliance. Ms. Westworthy has been serene and peaceful during the entire process. She has rationally acted at all turns, and has shown nothing but confidence, developing as she goes a reputation as an astute and talented political leader of Hutori's most popular political party. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
Random quote: "The problem is big government. If whoever controls government can impose his way upon you, you have to fight constantly to prevent the control from being harmful. With small, limited government, it doesn't much matter who controls it, because it can't do you much harm." - Harry Browne |
