Description[?]:
The Communist Party of Solentia is the successor of the Social-Democratic party. It has been founded by Maria Underwood in 3939. CPS left politics in 3850 and then it was restored in 3869 by Peter Bridges as the Communist and Socialist Union. It was renamed back in 3877. We allow personal property, but all means of production, natural resources, intellectual property should be in common ownership. People should have freedom to manage the results of their work through democratic institutions. Everyone should be able to get best possible education or medical treatment. We think economy must be for the people, not otherwise. CHAIR: Flora Barker VICE-CHAIR: Richard Mathis LEGISTATIVE LEAD: Nick Hansen INTERNAL FACTIONS: Communists (~55%). The main points of communists are total abolishion of property, money and social classes. The guiding principle of communism is "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need". Socialists (~30%). Socialists advocate for social ownership over the means of production and cooperative management over the economy. Everyone should be guaranteed a minimum income by the government and the reward for work should be distributed fairly. Anarcho-communists (~10%). They believe that communism can be reached only through total abolishion of the state and giving the production means to independent worker cooperatives. Independent group (~5%). CPS members who don't associate themselves with any of factions.
