Description[?]:
The Laissez-Faire Conservative party is a party with a mixture of Modern Conservative values and Classical Liberal Values. We value economic freedom greatly and are heavy supporters of the free market. When it comes to social issues we show our namesake in that we are almost entirely Laissez-Faire unless it is a risk to public safety. We believe that in matters of personal and private affairs the government should not be involved. We also believe in the rights of local government and oppose the ideas of centralization and federalism. We support peaceful poly-partisan debates and compromise. We value Education and the Sciences above many other things as we believe that they pave the way for the future of a better Zardugal. We oppose most welfare as we believe in the peoples choice as to how to live their life. If they wish to ignore the opportunities to make themselves successful then they should also be prepared to face the consequences. We as a party wish to place the future of our people into the hands of those people. The government should not hold the right to decide a humans destiny. In conclusion I leave you with a speech from a popular entertainment form which personifies what our party is about. "I'm here to ask you a question. Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow? 'No!' says the man in Washington, 'It belongs to the poor.' 'No!' says the man in the Vatican, 'It belongs to God.' 'No!' says the man in Moscow, 'It belongs to everyone.' " In regards to this I say it belongs to the man himself. That a humans viewpoint should never be censored. That a scientist should not be bound by petty morality when his research could benefit the world. That the fruits of ones labor should not go to those who refuse to work for themselves. That the great should never be constrained by the small. No human should ever be a slave to their government. "A man chooses, a slave obeys." |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
