| Factio Unitatis Patriae (Party of National Unity) is a political party in Selucia that supports a single, democratically-elected head of the republic who directs the executive and guides the senate. Party members believe this governmental system is vital in order for Selucia to reach its full potential on the domestic and international stage. Only if government adopts a single-minded, unified political vision – from the top down – can this be achieved. Key ideologies, which cascade from this belief are somewhat syncretic, blending left wing economics with right wing social and religious conservatism: - Big, centralised, government involvement; - A robust law and order and national security policy; - Religious monotheism - primarily encouraging a move away from 'cults' such as the polytheistic, pagan beliefs of Religio Seluciana; Founded: 4471 HQ Sadarium, Occidentria Provincia.
