June 4554 Announcement from the Government of the Federal Republic of Malivia / Maliviya Kā Saṃghīya Gaṇtaṃtra (Malivia)
This press message was released by the Government of the Federal Republic of Malivia / Maliviya Kā Saṃghīya Gaṇtaṃtra (Malivia). EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THE END OF WAR OR TERM CHANGE,
As your president, DONALD TRUMP, I declare a national emergency, further supporting this deceleration of war towards communism and socialism. From this point onward, this country shall not provide any economic and military assistance to any nation's pursuing socialist or communist philosophies.
These nations could adopt a way of life “based upon the will of the majority” and governments that provided "opportunities for wealth" or they could face a way of life “based upon the will of a minority forcibly imposed upon the majority (socialism).”
Although this is not a war of the troops or weapons, it is still a war against communism, but a war of culture. If this continues to persist, I have authorized the ministry of defense to take any military action necessary to weaken these socialist economies. I will continue to post this on the world press.Signed, the Government of the Federal Republic of Malivia / Maliviya Kā Saṃghīya Gaṇtaṃtra (Malivia)

In recent years there seems to have been a considerable reluctance to use the word "capitalism" - as though there was something in its implications of which we might be ashamed. I have never understood that reluctance. To me it is a good word - grand in its history and meaning.
Within the space of a few generations we have, under capitalism, changed our world so thoroughly in its technology, its economic structure, and the amount and forms of its wealth that it is not too much to say that we have been living through a revolution. It has brought about , by peaceful means, a spread of opportunity and of the real goods of life which no revolution has never been able to achieve. By natural development it has changed the face of our economy without shock to our social ideals or social values. Nevertheless, like any change, it has brought problems with it, and has created the need for vigilance in preserving those ideals and values.
For hundreds of years, capitalism has been lifting people out of poverty. It has been delivering international development, and raising living standards. Over time it has been improved and refined, and helped to spread democracy around the world. Without capitalism, the Malivia would not be the country that it is today. Capitalism created the wealth that led to the government. It allows us to pay for universal education. It was the driving force behind 2 centuries of inventions and innovations. Ideas that revolutionized the way we live, we work and we communicate. Capitalism built houses and railways. It feeds our people and it allows us to feed millions more overseas. Yet in 4554 capitalism is, for many, a dirty word.
Today, I, Mitch Mconnel, the minister of finance, announce my efforts to work with the President, Asvalayana Barigai, in furthering this force of good. Capitalism is simply a healthy horse that pulls us forward. Just look at what it has done in the past 4,000 years: living standards in the developed world doubled. But since the industrial revolution, that doubling has occurred roughly every 50 years. Each generation has been a third better off than its predecessor. Since the 3000s, the proportion of the world population living on a dollar a day has, adjusting for inflation, fallen by 80%. That’s the greatest improvement in living standards ever achieved in the whole of human history. It’s made an unimaginably huge difference in the lives of literally billions of people. But it wasn’t delivered by a National Congress initiative or by the World Bank. It didn’t happen because of a foreign aid budget, or because governments willed it to be so.
It happened because of the spread of capitalism and of free trade.
I now announce my vision as your minister of finance and as the highest speaker and representative for the party that will make the pie bigger for everyone. The president's office and his cabinet shall work closely with companies over the coming years to better instill capitalism in our economy, and in our democracy. In the coming years, we shall announce small business grants to help start ups, we shall work to pull back regulations, give out tax breaks to those adding jobs in our economy, instill property rights, and subsidized small/failing business loans, where the government shall cover the interest for all loans for suffering and small businesses. If the parliament doesn't support us, with the power's vested in the executive from the constitution, we shall continue our progress through "executive decisions".Signed, the Government of the Federal Republic of Malivia / Maliviya Kā Saṃghīya Gaṇtaṃtra (Malivia)
