Description[?]:
Charter: The Rally for the Republic is a Lodamunian political party that was founded on four key principles: Democratic-rule by the masses, opposed to unearned privilege in the public sphere. Liberal-a vision of public rights that is committed to individual choice and liberty. Secular: a government that remains free from dogma and respects all faiths by enshrining none. Radical: Neither progressive nor conservative, but committed to unchanging revolutionary principles of mass social change. (OOC: no one is probably reading this, but it's fun. These are only similar, not carbon-copy-to my views) History: Founded in 3708. Leaders: Steven Patrick Morrissey (3708-3721) -Under Morrissey, the founder of the party, the first seats were won and lost in quick measure due to the socially liberal revolution plus the party going inactive from internal conflict Alex Nelson (3721-present) Current and historic cabinet members Finance Javier Suarez (3725-present) Defense Matthew Perry (3725-present) Infrastructure Robert LeBuilder (3725-present) Science and Technology Anastasia Tucker (3725-present) |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
Random quote: "I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality.... I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word." - Martin Luther King, Jr. |
