Dearest Citizens of Rutania and of Beluzia,

As the Minister of for Foreign Affairs I am advising the world that the Beluzian Parliament has voted in full favour a decleration of war with Rutania. For the purpose of defence, and for the purpose of liberty the cabinet has been given full authority from parliament to execute a war with the peoples of Rutania.

I advise the government of Rutania to stand down and allow the Beluzian Republic to liberate the people, and disarm this regime from power. I ask the Rutanian government to speak with me at this late hour to develope negotiations which will cancel the threat of war.

The Minister of Defence has the full authority to wage war upon request by the cabinet. God speed to the peoples of Rutania, and if the Rutanian government is watching, it is not to late, we can come up with a solution, I ask for your cooperation.

"Eight years is enough for one man," Petersen stated, at a press confrence in Darina. "I congratulate the Dolgar Unionist Party for their strong electoral success in the last elections, and I expect to hand the office over to whomever their party selects, as soon as the Parliament ratifies the new cabinet."

The DNUP will hold a convention in Karzon Beach next month, in order to determine who the new leader of the party will be. The DNUP will probably find itself in the opposition for the first time in over a decade when the new DUP cabinet is proposed.

News Report

Citizens of Hutori were horrified as news came through of a shooting spree in a small school in the Province of Lagard. Clarice Robinson, a frustrated student fed up with school work, entered the school this yesterday morning armed with a gun and began shooting students and teachers indiscriminately. After killing 3 people and wounding 4 more, Clarice Robinson committed suicide before being arrest by law enforcement. Former teacher Bart Harris told reporters how the community was still in a state of shock and how this tragedy would haunt Hutori for years to come. President Stevan Daniels has since travelled to the area to attend the funerals of the victims.
