Nations United Against Fascism Treaty

This treaty is to promote economic development of anti-fascist nations, and levy sanctions against fascist nations.

Definitions:

(1) "Fascist": radical, right-wing, authoritarian ultranationalism, characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society.

(2) "Fascist state": Any state committed to fascist policies or ruled by a leader or political party holding fascist beliefs

The Treaty

(1): Impose a total embargo on all fascist states.

(2): No member nation shall turn against the goals of this treaty.

(3): No member nation shall engage in defense agreements with any fascist state.

(4): No member nation shall attempt to subvert the sovereignty of any other member nation, except in self-defense.

(5): All member nations shall contribute an optional amount to the Anti-Fascist Global Fund.

(5.1): These funds will be used to subsidize developing anti-fascist states, substitute imports, provide for the safety of member nations, and disrupt fascism worldwide.

(6): Withdraw diplomatic recognition of all fascist states.
